Registrations as Organization with Ministry of Corporate Affairs

With the support from parent body “City Educational and Social Welfare Society” and host institution “Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology”, ACIC MIET Meerut Foundation (CIN No. U73100UP2020NPL130993) was incorporated 15/7/2020 (Certificate of Incorporation from MCA), Memorandum of Association (MoA) and Articles of Association (AoA).

Since incorporation the Section 8 Company has been taking up activities under CSR. In order to achieve financial sustainability (as per the original objective No.6 of ACIC program), the ACIC has registered itself under MCA’s CSR Registration No.CSR00062926) to take up advantage of funding under CSR Grants. Since Incorporation, the company has complied with all statutory and mandatory reporting’s of MCA. The latest updated filing is attached in (Annexure 1).
